Why choose Life and Little Moments:
Life and Little Moments is a professional befriending and companionship service created to support connection, confidence, and wellbeing. I work with adults of all ages, including older adults and individuals who would benefit from gentle social support, companionship, or increased social engagement.
With over 20 years’ experience in education, and community support, I bring a warm, person‑centred approach that focuses on helping people live their best lives. Support may include conversation, gentle encouragement, social outings, hobby engagement, confidence‑building, or simply being a reliable, friendly presence.
I am PVG‑checked, and all support is delivered in full alignment with GDPR to ensure safety, privacy, and trust. Clear policies are provided before any face‑to‑face or online support begins.
There are no lengthy waiting lists, and sessions are arranged flexibly to suit individual needs — at home, in the community, or online.
Quarterly social mingles (group befriending) are also available for a small fee, offering gentle opportunities to meet others in a relaxed, supported environment.
